How do I get my orders ready for pickup?

As of the 2nd of January 2025 Dagens collaborates in Oslo with Plateful for pickup and distribution of Dagens deliveries. Here are the most important aspects of this arrangement.

1. Uphold the order deadline. Plateful plans the transport for pickup the day before the pickup. It's important that producers do not add any additional order after the order deadline has passed. If Plateful issues transport for pickup for orders at the producer site, but the producer forgot to cancel or move the orders to a future date, then a fee of 500 NOK is charged to the producer.
2. Add the amount of parcels [kolli in Norwegian] that your order contains by the order deadline, usually Thursdays and Mondays. The default order deadline for most producers is:
   1. Thursday evening for distribution to buyers on Tuesday next week.
   2. Monday evening for distribution to buyers on Friday the same week.
3. Make ready a EU pallet upon pickup. You will get a EU pallet in return when getting pickup from Plateful
4. Cost of the packaging is included in your product price. There is no circulation of IFCO boxes within the collaboration with Plateful.
5. Use Dagens label and delivery notes.

You can see the earliest pickup time by Plateful on the order page on the platform after selecting the specific day. The pickup might be later then this, but the goods needs to made ready for pickup at this date.
