How to update parcel count for an order?

Its important for our pickup and distribution partner to know the amount of parcels for all Dagens delivery orders. The parcel count per order is connected to how many labels is printed for each order. Here is a step by step approach to ensure that the parcel count is updated. The default time this needs to happen (for most producers) is on:

Monday day/afternoon for pickup happening on Tuesday or Wednesdays

Thursday day/afternoon for pickup happening next week on Monday.

Step 1 - Go to the orders page

Step 2 - Click on the upcoming delivery day

Step 3 - Click on the Download labels button

Step 4 - Select the orders and enter the correct amount of parcels according to their temperature zone

Step 5 - Click Save and download labels

Now the amount of parcels for the order will be updated and our pickup and distribution partner will have the information they need.
