How can I create offers / exclusivity for my customers?

In the Prices and custom offers section of the product form, you can customise prices, order units, and access for specific customers. This helps build loyalty and encourages larger, more predictable orders.

Create Custom Prices and Order Units

Tailor your offers to meet customer needs, including bulk options for larger buyers.

1. Click Add new price in the Prices and custom offers section.
2. Select the customer(s) for this price.
3. Set the price, price unit (e.g., kilogram), and order unit (e.g., crate).
4. Click Save price.

Provide Exclusive Access

Products without a base price are only visible to customers with custom offers.

1. Delete or edit the base price for the product.
2. Set up custom offers for all customers who should have access.
