How do I edit/update an order?

Producers can easily make changes and update orders on the platform before they are invoiced.

For Customers

To request changes to an order, please contact the producer directly. If you’d like to increase quantities, consider placing a new order.

For Producers

Follow these steps to make changes, and remember to communicate any updates to the customer.

Steps to change an order as a producer:

1. Locate the Order

   Go to the order page and open the order you want to change.

2. Edit Order Lines

   Expand and edit the relevant or add order lines as needed.

3. Notify the Customer

   Inform the customer about any updates, especially if the change was not requested by them. This helps them plan accordingly.
