How to Access Your Dagens Account After a Staff Change
If You Don't Have Access to Your Dagens Account If your company has recently changed staff and you are unable to access the Dagens platform because you don’t know the email address or password used by the previous chef, follow these steps to regain access:
1. Reset the Password
If you suspect that the previous chef’s email is still in use but you do not know the password, try resetting it:
- Go to the Dagens Login Page.
- Click on “Forgot Password?”
- Enter any company email addresses that may have been used.
- Follow the instructions in the email sent to reset your password.
2. Contact Dagens Support
If you are unsure of the email address used or cannot reset the password, we can help you manually regain access.
- Send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
- Your name and role in the company
- The name and address of your company
- Any known details about the previous account holder (if available)
